When will I receive my tickets?
No actual tickets will be shipped. The email will replace the ticket, so please present it at the event.
Can I participate in the event without a ticket?
You can enter the event venue and store without a ticket. For talk events, you will need to purchase a ticket in advance.
Can I enter and leave during the event?
Yes, you can. The venue staff will guide you.
Can children participate?
Yes, children are welcome to attend. Please let the venue staff or customer service know if necessary so that we can make seating arrangements.
From what age do I need to purchase a ticket?
Up to two children of elementary school age and under may attend for free per adult.
If you would like to bring your child(ren) with you, please enter the number of seats you would like in the remarks box when purchasing your ticket.
Is the event wheelchair accessible?
Yes, you may attend the event. We would appreciate it if you could inform the customer service desk separately so that we can consider your seating position.
If I cancel my ticket, can I get a refund?
