DESIGN

Unisex jacket made of recycled cotton.
The denim fabric made from recycled cotton is durable, yet soft and snug against the body.
Original antique buttons and gold-colored stitching have been added to the details to create a jacket with character.

The relaxed size and compact length make it a piece that can be worn with a variety of bottoms.
Pair it with pants for a casual look. It can be worn with skirts for a more feminine look.
It is also recommended to wear it as a set-up with the Rinne Half Pants Recycled Denim of the same material.

We also have the Rinne Jacket Recycled Denim (Navy) made of denim fabric in a subdued shade, and the Kaname Jacket 40dt twill Khadi (White) in a different material.

Recycled cotton denim

This denim fabric is created through the process of turning recycled cotton into yarn again. It is characterized by its firm thickness, yet very soft texture. Although it is denim, you can enjoy the soft and light comfort.

All garments are laid flat on a flat table and measured outside dimensions.
Individual differences of 1 to 2 cm may occur during the production process even for the same product.

SPEC

素材	Cotton: 100%.
アテンション	Due to the nature of the material, dark-colored items may cause color migration due to friction when wet or worn. Please be careful when wearing it over light-colored garments. In case of color migration, please wash the garment immediately.
取扱方法	Do not use detergents containing fluorescent bleach. When washing in a washing machine, please wash on a low setting, such as hand wash mode. Dark-colored products may cause color migration, so please wash separately from white and light-colored clothes. Please use a laundry net when washing. After washing, please take out the product immediately and hang dry in the shade after shaping. Please avoid tumbler drying. Due to the nature of the fabric, it may shrink slightly. Please use a cloth for ironing.

I am a designer at Eriko Yamaguchi. I would like to share with you where my inspiration came from and what I am particular about when I am making a product.

Rinne Jacket Recycled Denim

Original denim fabric.

Newly developed "denim fabric". Denim fabric is a durable fabric that is woven very tightly by machine in both Bangladesh and India, and its high density makes it strong and durable, and it is used for robust work clothes.

Born in India, recycled cotton.

Denim is made from "recycled cotton". Buyers from all over the world come to India, where apparel is produced. As a result, there are many scraps and cotton itself that are discarded.
The amazing thing about India is that it has routes to collect them.

The denim was created through a process of re-yarning the recovered cotton.
We have taken a word from reincarnation and named the series "Rinne".

Antique button and gold stitch accents

The first original antique button I made.
I love the "ERIKO YAMAGUCHI SINCE 2022" engraving.... I never thought that such a button would be born in this world.
Encountering India, making materials from clothes, making parts... I am happy to be able to enjoy such a journey, and I am deeply moved by this one button.

The antique look of the jacket is created by these buttons.

And the color of the sewing thread is gold for Navy and brown for blue, to show the handwork.
This is another detailed yet important point that creates the jacket's individuality.

Pockets are casually positioned.

After all, pockets are essential for outerwear.
However, I wanted the pockets to be simple and not too casual, so I tucked them in at the fabric transition.
