Like a "paper cutout"
asymmetrical pattern with a touch of color

Linen is the material you want to wear when it gets warmer. It is light and breathable, and is very useful. This time we made a sweater made of 100% linen with long sleeves, so that you can get through the summer in a cool and lightweight manner.

The pattern of the sweater is based on a hand-painted scarf pattern by an Indian craftsman, and the design was cut out just like a "paper cutout.
When I wanted to create an original pattern that would become a symbol of the spring and summer season, I thought I would like to utilize the creativity of Indian and Nepalese artisans, so I scoured all the past designs. (Laughs)

I sent them to the Nepalese knitters and asked them to create some designs.
I then sent them to the Nepalese knitters, who created several designs, and through a process of trial and error, I came up with this design.

The yellow knit, in particular, was so clean that the members working together on the development were surprised.
Adding and subtracting design elements, changing everything...this kind of trial-and-error process felt right to me.

The individuality of the colors stands out.
Unisex taste

I think knitwear is an item that tends to show femininity and masculinity at the neck.
The wider the collar, the more feminine it becomes, and the thicker the neck tube, the more masculine it becomes.

At Eriko Yamaguchi, we wanted to create a unisex item, so we tried to make the neck opening as wide as possible so that a man's head could fit through, and designed the neck tube as thin as possible.

Although the neck is a bit stuffy, it can actually be worn in the front either front or back. (This is just by chance!).

The blue knit, in particular, has a different design for the front and back, so we hope you will enjoy it and coordinate it with your outfit.

Also, the dolman silhouette allows you to wear it regardless of the width of your shoulders.
