MOTHERHOUSE If you have purchased a necklace chain from a retailer (), we will replace the chain with "Meguri Chain" which can be replaced with a pendant top for a fee.
Please note that some necklaces may not be eligible for this service due to structural or material reasons.

• 1. After confirming that the necklace you wish to exchange is included in the list of eligible necklaces at Kibou, please place your order from this page.
• Wrap the necklace Kibou with the top in cushioning material and send it prepaid (at the customer's expense) to the following address.
• After we receive the necklace, we will send a notification of receipt to your e-mail address.
• After that, please allow 2-3 weeks for the necklace with the new chain to be delivered to you.
