*Some earrings cannot be changed depending on the type of earring. Motifs with the word "earrings" in the product name are eligible for replacement.

Delivery period

Normally, it takes about 4 weeks from the time of order to deliver the earrings. Please understand this in advance.
Orders placed after December 8 will be delivered in 5 to 6 weeks due to the year-end and New Year holidays.

If you place an order for other items as well, all items will be delivered together after the earrings have been replaced. If you would like us to ship the other items earlier (Kibou), please let us know in the remarks column when you place your order.
