DESIGN

This stadium jumper has a simple, mature atmosphere. The use of a thick cady yarn called "0 yarn" for the body and cowhide for the sleeves creates an elegant combination of different materials. It is tailored with a loose, big silhouette and drop-shoulder design so that it can be worn with thick knits.
The leather pockets and antique Gold fasteners tighten the overall impression, making it ideal for casual wear as well as for pairing with a beautiful dress. This is a piece that works well as an autumn/winter outerwear when you want to change the atmosphere from the usual.

MATERIAL

Kadi 0 yarn

Kadi, a hand-spun and hand-woven cotton fabric from India, is used. Kadi, which was worn by Gandhi, the father of India's independence, is a thick fabric that is rarely used for apparel products. Please enjoy the different texture of each garment.
The thicker the yarn, the smaller the yarn count number, and the thicker the fabric.

Therefore, uneven weaving, weaving flaws, and thread seams may occur in some parts. The color may migrate due to friction during wet or worn conditions. Please be careful when wearing it over light-colored clothes. Due to the characteristics of leather, the texture may change due to temperature changes. When storing, please avoid places where the temperature changes greatly depending on the season, and store in a well-ventilated place as much as possible.
取扱方法	Due to the characteristics of the material, frizz and pilling may occur due to friction when worn or cleaned. Since this product is made of cowhide, it cannot be washed in water. For cleaning, please consult a dry cleaner that handles leather products. When storing, avoid places with high temperature, high humidity, or strong light, and keep the product well-ventilated. Continued dryness of the leather may cause it to become bulky and cracked. To prevent drying out, regularly replenish oil with cream or oil.

I am a designer at Eriko Yamaguchi. I would like to share with you where my inspiration came from and what I am particular about when I am making a product.

[Inspiration

For this 23AW, I made a stadium jacket style outerwear. This is the first collaboration of leather and cady.

This is a limited edition item made by combining three materials: leather for the sleeves, cady for the body, and rib material for the neck and sleeves.

The unisex length and the use of different materials make this item a must-have.

The unisex length and the harmony between the different materials were the main themes of this item.
Leather has a unique sheen, but the kady is made of cotton, so it is very matte. I wondered how those two could be distributed to bring them into a beautiful balance.

If the collar had been made of leather, it would have looked different, but the key is that the leather plays the role of adding value to the kady without destroying the balance of the main character.
I really like "casual with a touch of luxury".
